    Hello Redstone Test Center Team (RTC) members and welcome to the HX5 RTC Test and Engineering Services (RTES) Incumbent employee site. HX5 is pursuing the RTES competitive effort and we are looking forward to providing world-class test and engineering services to the Redstone community and its customers. The purpose of this site is to offer you the opportunity to learn more about our company and our background in performing work like that currently being done at RTC, and to allow us to learn more about you – the individuals who currently support RTC. Experience tells us that the more we know about you and your role on the contract in advance of an award being made, the more planning can be done upfront to ensure that a smooth and transparent transition take place, and we always give placement priority during a transition to those individuals who have taken the time to register with us. Together we will achieve important goals that benefit our nation and the world!

  • Introduction to HX5
    HX5, LLC, founded in 2004 by an Air Force veteran, has earned an outstanding reputation for providing exceptional professional technical support services to the Federal Government and for providing our employees an outstanding total compensation package. Well over half of our 980-employee labor force holds either Top Secret or Secret clearances. HX5 is an experienced defense contractor providing test and evaluation, science and engineering, facility (test chamber, laboratory, wind tunnel) operations and maintenance, program management, configuration and data management, information technology, cybersecurity, financial, logistics, and administrative support services. Federal customers include U.S. Army, Missile Defense Agency (MDA), U.S. Air Force, NASA, and the Air National Guard.

    If you are an incumbent employee performing work on the current US Army Redstone Test Center (RTC) Wide Engineering and Support Services (RWESS) contract and are interested in continuing in your current position under the RTES contract as part of the HX5 RTES team, please use the REGISTER NOW link below to register with us. During a transition, HX5 gives priority to registered incumbents and works to first align those employees to the new contract positions, allowing us to make competitive and timely offers early, before next working with non-registered incumbents and classifying remaining positions as open or vacant accordingly.

    All information you provide will be kept strictly confidential. The registration process is very quick: we only ask for a small amount of information from you. We also ask that you upload a current resume that includes, but is not limited to, a clear outline of your work history and the education/degrees and certifications you received. Please do not limit the timeframe of your experience listed in your resume (for example, limiting only to jobs or experience for the past five years). We are required to compare your years of total relevant experience to contract requirements.

    We are committed to making the transition process from the incumbent contract into RTES as quick and hassle-free as possible. All members of the HX5 Team have been involved in numerous successful contract transitions and phase-ins of similar size and scope. We have all dealt with the myriad of issues that can come up in every contract transition, and we understand you may have questions that come up during this process.
